What earnd is

earnd gives you a wallet pass that tracks a rewards balance. You earn that balance by completing offers — games, surveys, apps and similar — provided by third-party advertising partners. When partners confirm your activity, we credit your balance; every Friday, we pay out requested cashouts. Your balance is a promotional reward credit, not a bank deposit, stored value or investment, and earnd is not a bank or money transmitter.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, use one pass per person, and provide accurate information when cashing out. Offers are shown based on your country and device; earnd may not be available everywhere.

Earnings

• Earnings are credited when, and only when, the advertising partner confirms your completion to us. Confirmation can take from minutes to several days depending on the offer.
• Each offer's payout is shown before you start. Amounts differ by offer, step, country and device, and change over time.
• Reversals are real. If an advertiser reverses a conversion — because of fraud, a refund, a chargeback, or failed verification on their side — the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. If your balance has already been paid out, it can go negative, and future earnings repay the difference.
• The $1.00 welcome credit is promotional. It becomes withdrawable only alongside at least one confirmed offer completion. We may change or end welcome promotions at any time for new users.

Cashouts

• Minimum cashout is $5.00; your first-ever cashout unlocks from $3.00.
• Cashouts pay your whole available balance to the PayPal email you provide, in weekly runs each Friday.
• Cashouts — especially your first — may be manually reviewed. We may ask you to verify details before paying.
• We may reject cashouts that we reasonably believe result from fraud or breach of these terms; rejected amounts return to your balance unless forfeited under the section below.

What's not allowed

Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your country; emulators or automation; creating multiple accounts; completing offers with false information; abusing promotions; or any activity designed to trigger payouts without genuine engagement. If we determine, acting reasonably, that you have done any of these, we may forfeit affected balances and close your pass. Our advertising partners run their own fraud systems, and their reversal decisions stand.

Third-party offers

The games, apps and surveys on your wall belong to their publishers. Their names and artwork are their trademarks, shown to identify the offers; earnd is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of their products is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct. Payout amounts shown on our marketing pages are examples of offers available at the time and are not guarantees.

Taxes

Amounts you earn may be taxable income where you live. You are responsible for your own taxes, and payment processors may issue tax documents where legally required.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms, the offer selection, reward rates, minimums and features. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will post the update here with a new date before it takes effect. You can stop using earnd at any time by removing the pass; balances above the minimum can be cashed out first. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, for breach of these terms or where required legally — any legitimately earned balance above the minimum remains claimable.

The legal paragraph

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of your unpaid earned balance or $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you contact us at support@earnd.gg first, we will genuinely try to fix any problem before it becomes a dispute.
