How earnd works

Add the pass, pick your route, complete offers from your wall. When an offer confirms, your balance updates on the pass automatically and your phone gets a notification. Cash out from $5 (your first payout unlocks from $3), and payouts go to PayPal every Friday.

My balance hasn't updated

Most offers confirm within minutes to 24 hours, but some — especially multi-step games — confirm each step separately, and a few take days while the advertiser verifies. If it has been more than 48 hours since you genuinely completed a step:

• Check you completed the exact step named on the offer (for example "Reach level 25", not just installing).
• Make sure you started the offer by tapping it from your earnd wall — completions can't be credited if the game was installed some other way.
• Email us with: the offer name, the step, the date, and your member ID.

Where do I find my member ID?

Flip your pass over (tap ••• then Pass Details). The links on the back contain it — it's the code after "u=" in the link address. Include it in any support email.

When do I get paid?

Cashout requests are processed every Friday. Money goes to the PayPal email you entered. First cashouts are reviewed by a human, so your first Friday may take a little longer — that's normal and only happens once.
