Privacy policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

earnd is operated by Parsira Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("earnd", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are. We have tried to keep it short and honest.

What we collect

A member ID. When you add the earnd pass to Apple Wallet, we generate a random member ID. It is not your name, email or phone number. It is how your balance, offers and payouts stay connected to your pass.

Apple Wallet registration data. When your device registers the pass, Apple provides us a device identifier and a push token. We use these for exactly one thing: updating the balance on your pass and sending the notification when it changes.

Offer activity. When you complete offers, our advertising partners report the completion (and occasionally a reversal) to us, tied to your member ID, so we can credit your balance. We store these events, including the amount and the offer name, as your earning ledger.

Cashout details. When you cash out, we collect the PayPal email you provide, solely to send your money.

Technical basics. Like nearly every website, our servers see your IP address, browser type, and approximate country. We use country and device type to show you offers you can actually complete, and we use device signals to prevent fraud (for example, detecting many accounts on one phone).

We do not require your name, address, date of birth, or an account with a password. We do not collect precise location. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • To run the product: crediting earnings, updating your pass, paying cashouts.
  • To route offers: your chosen route and your country/device decide what your wall shows.
  • To prevent fraud: duplicate-device detection, reversal tracking, and manual review of first cashouts.
  • To support you: if you contact us about a missing credit, your ledger is how we investigate.
  • To meet legal obligations, including keeping financial records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

  • Advertising partners (offer networks) receive your member ID and click context so completions can be attributed and paid. Their handling of data inside their own products is governed by their policies.
  • Apple, to deliver pass updates through Apple's push service.
  • PayPal, to send your cashouts.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers.

Retention

We keep your ledger and payout records while your pass is active and for up to six years afterwards, because payment records are subject to statutory retention in the UK. Push tokens are deleted when you remove the pass.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about your member ID, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@earnd.gg. Deleting your data means removing your pass and forfeiting any unpaid balance, because we can no longer connect it to you. If you are in the UK or EU, these rights arise under UK/EU GDPR; if you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights to know and delete under the CCPA, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined there.

Age

earnd is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not direct the service to children. If we learn a pass belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

Where data lives

Our servers are in Europe; some partners (Apple, PayPal, offer networks) process data in the United States. Transfers rely on standard contractual safeguards.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note it on the site. Questions: support@earnd.gg.
